Our Campaigns

We deliver state-wide education programs that support the community to make informed decisions about alcohol, other drugs, and mental health and wellbeing. These programs inform and educate the community via mass reach social marketing strategies. Our campaigns include:

Alcohol. Think Again is part of the State Government’s comprehensive strategy to reduce harm from alcohol in Western Australia. The Alcohol. Think Again program aims to build awareness about the harms from alcohol, challenge attitudes and perceptions, influence positive behaviour change and increase support for healthy public policy. The Alcohol. Think Again website contains information about the impact of alcohol on our health and community, with tools and strategies to reduce your risk.

Drug Aware is the first comprehensive ongoing program on illicit drug education undertaken in Australia. It was established in 1996 as part of a state framework of educational strategies designed to address illicit drug use among young people in Western Australia. Drug Aware aims to prevent, delay and reduce drug use and drug-related harm by providing credible and evidence-based information, and to create safer environments that reduce the incidence and risk of harm from illicit drugs.
