Have your say - Lived Experience leaders survey

Are you a leader with Lived Experience ? Or does your organisation provide opportunities for people with Lived Experience to influence and lead programs, services or policy change?

We’re mapping the current leadership pathways, challenges and opportunities for people with Lived Experience, and we want to hear from you!

To help us do this, we've engaged Ernst and Young (EY) to conduct an anonymous survey and collect data that will contribute to improvements across the mental health, alcohol and other drug and suicide prevention sectors.

We’re seeking input from both Lived Experience leaders and Lived Experience led and influenced organisations.

Complete this survey if you’re a leader who:

• has personal Lived Experience, and/or Lived Experience as carer, family member or supporter of someone with mental health and/or alcohol and other drugs issues
• has provided your lived experience perspective to influence and lead programs, services or policy change during or after 2021.

Complete this survey if you work at an organisation that:

• provided opportunities for people with Lived Experience to influence and lead programs, services or policy change during or after 2021.

Each survey should take between 10 to 30 minutes to complete. If you’d like a break, you can leave the survey partway through and come back to complete it at any time. Your responses will be auto saved as you input them.

Help us work towards designing and promoting sustainable solutions that support people with Lived Experience to effectively influence and lead change.

The survey closes at 5pm on Friday 3 March 2023.

All survey responses will be collected and reviewed by EY. All responders will remain anonymous and no personal or sensitive information will be shared externally to EY. Survey responses will be collated, and findings provided in an aggregate summary.
